The Role of Psychological Capital in Constructing Organizational Ambidexterity for Employees in Menoufiya University and University of Sadat City ( An Applied Study )

Abstract

   This research aimed to identify the degree to which the universities of Menoufiya and Sadat City oriented with psychological capital and organizational ambidexterity. also, determine the type and strength of the relationship between the level of interest with a psychological capital for employees at the Universities of Menoufiya and Sadat City, and all of the level of organizational ambidexterity have obsessed in total, and each variables (exploitation, exploration) separately, and determine how to improve both levels of interest with psychological capital and organizational ambidexterity among employees at the Universities of Menoufiya and Sadat city.
     The researcher obtained a number of important results: there is a statistically significant discriminate among employees at the Menoufiya University and employees at University of Sadat City in terms of the level of interest with a psychological capital (self efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience), and there is a  statistically significant discriminate among employees at Menoufiya University and employees at University of Sadat city in terms of the level of organizational ambidexterity them (exploitation, exploration), also, there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the level of interest with a psychological capital and the level of organizational ambidexterity among employees at the Universities of Menoufia and Sadat city (In total).
      At the end of this research, it was concluded a number of recommendations which will help to improve the level of organizational ambidexterity among employees at the Universities of Menoufia and Sadat City through attention to psychological capital
