Abstract

         The study aims to ensure instituteonal performance ability to enhance the relationship between culture patterns and quality of educational services. It was depend on phenomenon which observed the low a voluntary basis atendance rates of students, which gave the early warning signal of a problem, as the students pointed out that due to poor level of quality of educational services. The phenomenon indicated that the problem can be stated as: Can instituteional performance improve the relationnshipbetweenorganizational culture patterns and the quality of educational services?. for overcome the problem, the researcher has been formulated three differential hypotheses between the universities operating in Egypt according to the type of ownership in terms of patterns of organizational culture, institutional performance, and the level of quality of educational services. and studying the relationship between organizational culture patterns and the quality of educational services in the presence of institutional performance. The research variables represented in each of the organizational culture patterns (independent variable), the quality of educational services (dependent variable), and institutional performance (mediator variable). Questionnaire was used to collect data which contained two parts. The first part was directed to faculty members and administrators staff. The second part was directed to students. It used analysis of variance and path analysis method (Amos) and a number of statistical tests to validate research hypotheses. It was reached to the important of institutional performance in activation the relationship between organizational culture patterns and the level of quality of educational services. It also shows that the culture patterns (Innovation – Mission  Innovation) Even more than the typical degree of adaptation and consistency. This corresponds to exclude the impact of style consistency of the path analysis model, and the exclusion of the direct relationship to the pattern of adaptation, it turns out that the universities that follow mission culture and innovation culture had a best institutional performance and quality of educational services. The researcher recommended that it is very important to interested in thought and culture of institutional performance in general in order to improve the quality of educational services under the rule of cultural patterns that more suitable to the educational process as the following order: culture mission, culture of innovation, adaptation culture.
