Abstract

The study aimed to determine the impact of green human resources management practices)GHRM) on personal excellence by measuring the effective impact of the environmental dimension, as a medical survey was conducted on the small micro-study health facilities sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from the analysis of questionnaire data obtained from a number of 405 Individual workers in health facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Using SPSS28 and AMOS27 to analyze the obtained data, which is one of the standard statistical programs. Through this program, an analysis of the study's changes was obtained, in addition to testing the study's hypotheses. The results of the study concluded as follows:
-  Highly protective human resource management practices are applied, and the highest application practice was green cooperation training, followed by the green performance dimension, then the green employment incentive dimension and then.
-  As for the national excellence variable, it is applied strictly.
-  Regarding the lack of change in habits, it was high.
-  There is a statistically significant contribution in green human resources management to national diversity
-  The environmental dimension adjusts green human resources practices to national excellence.
