The current takaful insurance industry has emerged as a major requireement for the integration of Islamic banking and insurance products as the ideal alternative to overcoming the most important criticisms of traditional commercial insurance, Therefore, the research is interested in clarifying the nature of Takaful insurance and its special characteristics and the most important differences between it and the traditional commercial insurance, the basic pillars of the Takaful insurance industry, in addition to clarifying the concept of surplus insurance and the most important methods used in its distribution to Takaful Fund subscribers, and the impact of its distribution in achieving competitive advantages for Takaful insurance companies,Through two sections, the first section explains what is the Takaful insurance and compare it with the traditional commercial insurance, the second section explains an applied study to compare results of two companies, one of which for the Takaful Insurance (Elmasreya company for the Takaful Insurance) and the other is practicing commercial insurance (Iskan company for Insurance) using statistical methods.
