The Impact of Strategic Intelligence on Enhancing Organizational Agility: An Analysis of the Moderating Role of Organizational Immunity Applied to EgyptAir

Abstract

The current study aimed to test the direct impact of dimensions of strategic intelligence, including (future orientation, future vision, organized thinking, partnerships and alliances, motivation), and the moderating role of dimensions of organizational immunity, including (organizational learning, organizational memory, organizational genes) in enhancing organizational agility. The researcher designed a questionnaire that included the study variables, which was distributed to a sample of 384 individuals from EgyptAir Company and its subsidiaries. A total of 295 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed, with a response rate of 76.2%.
The study results indicated a positive impact of dimensions of strategic intelligence on organizational agility. The results also confirmed the second hypothesis, which suggests a positive impact of dimensions of strategic intelligence on organizational immunity. Furthermore, the results supported the third hypothesis, indicating a positive impact of dimensions of organizational immunity on organizational agility. Additionally, the study results affirmed the fourth hypothesis, suggesting that organizational immunity plays a moderating role in the relationship between strategic intelligence and organizational agility.
The current study provides recommendations to help EgyptAir Company emphasize the dimensions of strategic intelligence in its administrative and organizational activities to support and enhance organizational agility through addressing the moderating role of organizational immunity.
