The impact of strategic renewal on achieving organizational sustainability "An applied study on the chemical industry companies in Sadat City"

Abstract

The research is concerned with characterizing strategic renewal and organizational sustainability, in addition to determining the type and strength of the relationship between strategic renewal and organizational sustainability and indicating the extent to which it is possible to distinguish between chemical industry companies based on strategic renewal and organizational sustainability of chemical industry companies in Sadat City.
 It was found that organizational sustainability is high at the aggregate level. It also showed that there were no significant differences about strategic renewal and organizational sustainability according to personal data, and the results revealed the existence of a direct and significant relationship between strategic renewal and organizational sustainability, in addition to that the impact of strategic renewal and organizational sustainability in the chemical industry sector in Sadat City varies according to gender, level of education and administrative level.
