The effect of Digital Capabilities on Capacity Building, analysis the Mediating Role of Organizational Flexibility, A Field Study applied on NGOs Organizations Working in the Field of Microfinance

The current study aimed to test the direct impact of digital capabilities dimensions represented by sensing, response and digitization on Capacity Building, and to test the mediating role of organizational resilience represented in three dimensions: situational awareness, adaptability and stumbling management, by collecting data from 215 organization working in the field of finance. the current study used the Spss/26 program in preparing and processing the data, and the Amos/22 program in conducting the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for each of the study variables, and performing the structural equation model, and the path analysis model to test the mediating variable the results supported the validity of the first hypothesis by the existence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of digital capabilities and  Capacity Building, the results also supported the validity of the second hypothesis by the existence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of digital capabilities and the dimensions of organizational  resilience,the results also supported the validity of the third hypothesis by the presence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational resilience and Capacity Building, and finally the results did not support the validity of the fourth hypothesis that there is a total or partial mediation of organizational resilience,the current study has developed a set of recommendations that contribute to building the digital capabilities of organizations working in the field of small and microfinance, including: developing plans to sense upcoming environmental changes and responding to them, implementing initiatives for partnerships for financial inclusion and expanding the scope of microfinance.
