Abstract

This study aimed to measure the impact of High InvolvementManagement Practices in eliminating Administrative Diseases by enhancing Intrinsic competencies. The validity of the indicators used to measure the variables, as well as the analysis of the direct and indirect relationships between the research variables. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive significant effect of high Involvement management practices on the core competencies of employees, and the presence of a direct negative moral effect of high Involvement management practices in administrative diseases (job alienation, organizational conflict, job burnout), in addition to the presence of an effect Indirect negative significant of high Involvement management practices in administrative diseases (job alienation, organizational conflict, job burnout) through the mediating role of core competencies, and the most influential high Involvement management practices in administrative diseases with the presence of core competencies as a mediating variable is: positive motivation, then Modern training methods, followed by functional integration, participation in decision-making, and finally team work.
