The Role of High-Performance Work System in enhancing Strategic Success in light of the mediating role of Organizational Ambidexterity An applied study of Industrial Companies Tenth of Ramadan City in Egypt

Abstract

The Current Research seeks to identify the extent of the different trends of managers in industrial companies in the Tenth of Ramadan City in Egypt towards the degree of availability of High-Performance Work System, according to the nature of the company’s activity, as well as to identify the type and strength of the relationship between High-Performance Work System and Organizational Ambidexterity, and disclosure On the relationship of Organizational Ambidexterity with strategic success, as well as determining the type and strength of the relationship between High-Performance Work System and strategic success, and finally determining the indirect relationship between High-Performance Work System and strategic success through Organizational Ambidexterity as a mediating variable. The Research found that there are differences between the managers’ attitudes in the industrial companies under study towards the degree of availability of High-Performance Work System taken in a totality, depending on the nature of the activities of those companies, and that the most High-Performance Work System available in the industrial companies under study is the efficient choice, followed by training Comprehensive, then empowering workers, then forming work teams, then fair compensation, and finally flexible work procedures. And there was a positive significant relationship between High-Performance Work System and the dimensions of Organizational Ambidexterity (exploitation, exploration), as well as a positive significant relationship between Organizational Ambidexterity and dimensions of strategic success (specific strategy, effective strategy implementation, motivational culture, organic organization, transformational leadership, and innovations). Continuous), as well as a positive significant relationship was found between High-Performance Work System and the dimensions of strategic success. Finally, Organizational Ambidexterity as a mediating variable contributed to proving that there is a significant relationship between High-Performance Work System and strategic success.
