The impact of organizational creativity on entrepreneurship-Applied to small and medium companies Listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange

Abstract

 
Many organizations have recently turned to interest entrepreneurship, due to the economic and social development it achieves, and it works to find solutions to the various problems facing organizations in an innovative and creative way. From this standpoint, this study aimed to identify the impact of organizational creativity on entrepreneurship, in addition to studying the nature of the relationship between the process of organizational creativity and entrepreneurship. The results of the study found a positive relationship between all elements of organizational creativity (Fluency - flexibility - sensitivity to problems - originality) and between the elements of entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises, meaning that the more activation of organizational creativity, the higher the level of entrepreneurship in the companies researched. And that the value of the (t-test) test is significant for all the study axes at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05), which confirms the existence of a positive significant correlation between organizational creativity and entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises registered in the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
