Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the probable mediating role of supplychains visibility in the relationship between the complexity of these chains and the company manufacturing performance. Pharmaceutical industries companies in Egypt are the field of applying this study.Through a survey of these companies, we have gathered the required primary data using a questionnaire. To insure reliability, the questionnaire has been tested using Cronbach's Alpha, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) has been used to test the internal validity of questionnaire contents.Finally, using the stepwise linear regression analysis, we conclude that there is a mediating role of supplychains visibility in the relationship between the complexity of these chains and the company manufacturing performance.
