The Research aims to study and analysis the shortcomings and the limitations of Egyptian pharmaceutical industry, and the challenges faced by at the local and global level, with a proposal for a set of appropriate mechanisms and tax policies to the modernization and development of the Egyptian pharmaceutical industry and enhance their competitiveness both in the domestic or international markets.
