Abstract

Modern health care depends on a number of factors, including: providing it to the beneficiary near his place of residence and work. To ensure that the costs of health services are in line with the capacities of the financial user. Provide them with appropriate quality, or at least define a minimum standard for quality of health and treatment service - at the level of all disciplines - even if the service is provided free of charge. In view of the increasing needs for health and treatment services in general, with the low standard of living of citizens and the increasing poverty rates in Egypt, citizens are moving towards free public clinics and hospitals - especially public and central hospitals - for treatment due to the high cost of health care due to the high value of medical devices and the need to upgrade them.
