The study aimed to identify the differences between the views of the employees about the abusive supervision and organizational silence and their dimensions according to gender, education level and years of experience. Furthermore, the study measured the degree of influence of the dimensions of abusive supervision on the dimensions of organizational silence. Accordingly, a simple random sample was chosen from the employees of the General Directorate of Daqahlia Governorate with a total of 227 individuals, the number of respondents to the study was 200 individuals, a survey of 35 words was designed .The results of the study indicated that, there are signifycant differences between the views of workers on their vision of abusive supervision according to gender, level of education, years of experience, and significant differences between the views of the workers on their vision of organizational silence and its dimensions according to gender, educational level, except social silence, and the absence of significant differences between the views of the workers on their vision of organizational silence and its dimensions according to years of experience, except prosocial silence .In addition, the results of the study revealed a significant effect of the dimensions of supervision on the dimensions of organizational silence
