The two sample t test is considered the most popular test to compare two independent groups. It is UMPU test (Uniformly Most Powerful Unbiased test) under the assumption of normality and homogeneity of variance, and violation of these assumptions can make the actual level of significance biased so that this article examines the performance of four alternative tests in addition to two sample t test,these tests are two sample t test, Welch test, Yuen test, Johnson test and Hall test
