The study aimed to presenting a proposed model that can be adopted by the special education at organizations in Alexandria Governorate for students in the field of business administration in general, and human resource management in particular, this function is very important in enhancing the performance of the organizations in support of competitiveness in the local and international labor market. The study adopted the deductive approach in terms of a survey of the opinions of the faculty members and their supporting staff in terms of their views on the practical and practical model that qualifies for the graduates to join the labor market. The number of them represents 4 special educational organizations in Alexandria Governorate with a total of 68 teaching members and 80 bodies to assist the study concluded that there are gastrointestinal differences statistically significant among both faculty members and their assistants, as the results indicate a general aceptance of the model presented in the study, but to varying degrees between the two respondents.
