Abstract

The research aimed to identify the effect of green human resource management practices in achieving environmental sustainability in light of the availability of an analysis of commitment to social responsibility by applying it to faculty staff members and supporting staff at October 6 University. The research used the descriptive survey method, and relied on a survey list to collect primary data. The total number of lists reached 228 individuals. The SPSS statistical software package was used, and the research findings are as follows:
Accepting the first three hypotheses, as it was found that green human resource management practices positively affect environmental sustainability and commitment to social responsibility, and that commitment to social responsibility has a positive impact on environmental sustainability.
Accepting the fourth hypothesis, as it was found that social responsibility plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between green human resource management practices and environmental sustainability.
