The Effect of Organizational Genetics on Organizational Creativity:Analyzing The Mediating role of Organizational Trust Applying to Employees of Pharmaceuticals Companies

Abstract

The aim of the research is to study the effect of organizational Genetics as an independent multidimensional variable (decision-making rights-motivators-quality of information-organizational structure) on organizational creativity (fluency-flexibility-sensitivity to problems-originality) and to test the mediating role of organizational trust (trust in coworkers-trust in the boss direct - trust in upper management)
The research was applied to workers in pharmaceutical companies affiliated to the Holding Company for Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Medical Supplies - HoldiPharma. The research was conducted on a stratified random sample of 378 individuals, and the primary data was collected through a personal interview, using a survey list distributed to the sample members, and the number of valid survey lists was 291 lists, with a response rate of 77%. and was used (SPSSV.26) (AMOS. 26).
The research concluded that there is a significant effect of organizational Genetics on organizational creativity, and , the research also showed that there is a significant effect of organizational Genetics on organizational trust, and it also concluded that there is a significant effect of organizational trust on organizational creativity. Finally, the research concluded that organizational trust mediates the relationship between organizational Genetics and creativity. organizational,.
Based on the results set of recommendations ,including that a culture of trust and cooperation should be spread among workers, following the policy of informal dialogues and meetings, participation of workers in decision-making, establishing a management of information systems, and the researcher made research suggestions, including applying the study model to other sectors.
