The Impact of Digital Transformation as a Mediating Variable in the Relationship between Knowledge Management Processes and Educational Service Quality:An Applied study on Private Higher Institutes

Abstract

The Current research aims to study the direct effect of digital transformation on the quality educational services at The Private higher institutes, The mediator role of Knowledge management process, in order to do this, the researcher designed a survey List that includes research variables, and distributed them to a sample, amounting (312), A total of (223), error-free and valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis, with a response rate of %72. The results found a positive significant effect of Knowledge management Processes on educational service quality in the higer institutes under study, according to regression coefficient (β=1.84)and value of (F= 379.09), and also there is a positive significant effect of dimensions of digital transformation on educational service quality based on knowledge management processes, based on the finding of this study, several important recommendations related to the field of study were made.
