This research deals with the evaluation of the reinsurance policies of insurance companies operating in the Egyptian insurance market. The research aims to rationalize the financial and technical decisions regarding the methods and procedures of reinsurance operations and correct its course, with the aim of promoting the insurance industry in Egypt as one of the most important and most growing economic sectors in the Egyptian economy. The Egyptian insurance market, and the need for the supervisory and control authority to reformulate the laws and procedures governing reinsurance operations, and to recommend the need to start establishing a national reinsurance company with a mandatory share.
