Abstract

The problem of the current study focuses on how to strengthen the level of Work Passion (WP) among health care practitioners in Madinah Region Hospitals, by increasing their level of awareness of Ethical Leadership (EL), as well as increasing their sense of self-motivation, especially amid the challenges that the world is experiencing today to confront the Corona epidemic. Therefore, the study aimed to examine the direct impact of EL on the two dimensions of WP (Harmonious Passion and Obsessive Passion), it also sought to assess the indirect impact of EL on the two dimensions of WP through Intrinsic Motivation (IM) as a mediating variable.
