The main objective of the research is to examine the impact of the organizational reputation of public organizations with various dimensions in building a competitive advantage applying on Telecom Egypt. To achieve the objectives of the study and in order to the hypotheses that will be tested that based on the nature of the study sample, the study population is represented in two groups, the first group is represented by the internal stakeholders working in Telecom Egypt, while the second group is represented by the external stakeholders from Telecom Egypt customers. The researcher distributed the survey list to the sample (electronically) due to the conditions of social distancing its size was determined by 384 individuals for each group of statistical tables given that the community was unlimited and with a confidence factor of 95% and a level of morale of 0.05 through websites and social networks different The study found a number of results, the most important of which are: The dimensions of organizational reputation (performance reputation, moral reputation, procedural reputation, technical reputation) have a significant impact to build the competitive advantage of public organizations, where the study sample agreed that reputation is the most influential in building the competitive advantage of public organizations. (Telecom Egypt) is the technical reputation by 29.1%, which reflects the technical nature of the company under study, then the performance reputation ranked second in terms of the degree of impact by 27.7%, followed by the procedural reputation by 25.2%, and finally the moral reputation by 17.1%. The value of the adjusted coefficient of determination of the employee model was 0.760, which indicates that procedural reputation and technical reputation explain 76% of any change in building the competitive advantage of public organizations, while the explanatory power of the client's model reached 87.2%. Accordingly, it has been found that only procedural and technical reputation affect building the competitive advantage of public organizations for the category of employees, while we find that the four dimensions of organizational reputation all affect on building the competitive advantage of the category of clients.
