Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the impact of human talent management strategies and learning organization characteristics on promoting organizational innovation. The research was conducted on the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater as a subject for the study population. Alexandria Water and Wastewater Company was selected as one of the subsidiaries of the Holding Company as a sample. The study relied on a survey list prepared by the researcher to collect the primary data that serve the purpose of the research. The total number of retrieved lists was 97 out of 137, with a response rate of 71%. The research results found a positive impact of human talent management strategies (talent recruitment - talent retention - talent development - talent performance management) on organizational innovation (process innovation - management innovation - service innovation) partially in relation to talent recruitment, talent performance management, talent development and rejection in relation to talent retention in the Water and Wastewater Company under this study. The results also showed a positive impact of the learning organization characteristics (systems thinking - personal mastery - mental models - shared vision - team learning) on ​​organizational innovation (process innovation - management innovation - service innovation), partially in relation to systems thinking, mental models, and shared vision, and its rejection in relation to personal mastery and team learning in the Water and Wastewater Company under this study.
