The Impact of Impression Management on Organizational Identification Applied on Raya Holding for Financial Investments

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of impression management on organizational identification and know the significance differences of impression management and organizational identification as for gender, experience, and the higher, middle, supervisional administrative levels and paternal jobs in Raya Holding for Financial Investments. To achieve this objective a questionnaire has been developed and distributed to a sample consists of 278 employees, of which 250 were valid for statistical analysis.
The study found that there is a statistically significant effect between impression management and organizational identification. Also, there are no significant differences as related to the employees’ perception with impression management and, organizational identification between gender and experience except dimension of the administrative levels and paternal jobs and the result were in favor of higher and middle administrative level. Lastly, certain recommendations were suggested to reinforce positive impression management strategies and increase organizational identification in Raya Holding for Financial Investments.
