The study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between organizational trust and employee’s engagement in both its job and organizational aspects, applied to sample of workers in pharmaceutical companies of the public enterprise sector. The study sample consisted of "369" workers in pharmaceutical companies. The most important results showed: the dimensions of organizational trust (upper management-trust, coworker-trust) have a statistically significant impact on job engagement in the companies concerned, while there is no statistically significant impact between dimension "immediate supervisor- trust" and job engagement. Also the dimensions of organizational trust (upper management-trust, immediate supervisor-trust) have a statistically significant impact on organizational engagement in the companies concerned", while there is no statistically significant impact between dimension "coworker-trust" and organizational engagement.
