The impact of human resources maintenance programs in raising the morale by overcoming the psychological effects of the Corona epidemic: an empirical study

This study aimed to measure the impact of human resource maintenance strategies in raising the morale of medical staff by analyzing the mediating role to overcome the negative psychological effects of the outbreak of the Corona virus, and the study was applied to a sample of 360 individual workers in the medical sector in isolation hospitals in Cairo Governorate, and a model was applied. Structural equations (confirmatory factor analysis) to ensure the extent of validity of the indicators used in measuring variables as well as analysis of direct and indirect relationships between research variables, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive moral effect of human resource conservation strategies in overcoming the negative psychological effects of medical sector workers, and the presence of a direct positive moral effect of human resource maintenance strategies in raising the morale of the medical staff, in addition to a non-moral effect Direct strategies for the maintenance of human resources in raising the morale of medical teams through the mediating role to overcome the negative psychological effects of the outbreak of the Corona virus, and that the most important program for the maintenance of human resources affecting the morale of medical teams is: health care, then a safety program followed by psychological support and finally means Recreational.
